2. Delivery times vary by location but usually arrive within 5–10 business days.

4. Please ensure your address is correct when placing your order. PurrPod is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
Due to the nature of our products and hygiene concerns, all sales are final unless the item is defective or arrives damaged.
1. If your product is damaged or defective on arrival, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo or video evidence.
2. If approved, we will send a replacement unit at no cost to you.
3. Used or opened items cannot be returned under any circumstances.
4. Returns for non-defective items are not accepted.

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase or before shipping, whichever comes first. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
Each PurrPod comes with a 12-month limited warranty, covering manufacturing defects not caused by misuse, improper setup, or physical damage. Warranty does not apply to wear and tear or issues caused by non-recommended litter.
